reading

I recently read Firefly Beach.  It was a free kindle book, and had excellent reviews.  I thought it was a sweet story and it kept my interest to the very end.  If you really want to "look inside" any of these books, you'll have to go to Amazon see a sampling of the book.


You might want to go to Judy Laquidara's Patchwork Times to see what others are reading.



Right now I'm reading Death by Drowning, but I'm not far enough into the book to express much of an opinion.  It's another free kindle that got great reviews.  So far I like it.   I will have to hurry to finish this one, because I have  the next 2 books in the Debbie Macomber Cedar Cove series that a friend dropped off today.  I enjoy these books and now I have "8 Sandpiper Way" and the next in the series is "A Cedar Cove Christmas" waiting to be read.  My reading schedule is full!!!

    Thanks for the quick review on Firefly Beach, I downloaded it yesterday. I haven't read anything from Debbie Macomber but have a few of her books on my wishlist with Amazon.

    Firefly Beach was still free, so I downloaded it. I see the other one is part of a series. I may try them later. Thanks for sharing!

    If you ever come to WA, you can visit Debbie M.'s hometown. A Good Yarn and some other shops "straight out of the book." The lemon pie was terrific!
