Salsa recipe I found on pinterest

I need to try this salsa recipe. http://dinnerforacrowd.blogspot.com/2009/08/mom-thorpes-amazing-bottled-salsa.html  Unfortunately I'll need to wait about 9-10 months and probably forget I posted it. The link led me to "Dinner For A Crowd".  She made it sound so good that I can't wait to try it!
